Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply visit www.aurawellnesshealth.com, browse our supplements, and add your desired products to the cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your order.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders are processed quickly, typically within 2–3 business days. If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@aurawellnesshealth.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has started.
Q: Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and U.S. Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or other standard carriers. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the package was delivered. Please contact the carrier for further assistance, and ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used items are not returnable due to health and safety regulations. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Q: How do I request a return or report an issue?
Email us at info@aurawellnesshealth.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect in your account.
