Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • You must report any issues within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval of your return request.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products reported after the 7-day delivery window

  • Sale or promotional items (marked as Final Sale)

  • Items not purchased directly from aurawellnesshealth.com

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your order is:

  • Missing an item

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect or mishandled during transit

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, contact us at info@aurawellnesshealth.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for your return

  3. Photos (if relevant)

Once approved, we’ll send instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear

  • We will notify you once your refund has been processed

Important Notes

  • Final Sale items and opened supplements are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • Aura Wellness and Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
